I was cruising around the web and found this neat little gadget. It's called the Quik Pod and you can use it to actually get yourself in some of your pictures. I thought I'd share since I know most scrappers spend most of their time behind the camera and never in the photos.
I stumbled onto a great little site of a lady called The Toymaker.
On the front page she says "Welcome to my odd, little world of paper toys, holiday cards, valentines, sun boxes, baskets and bags, origami and ephemera... all for you to make. My goal is to help grownups and kids spend time together making things."
She has lots of free fun projects that you can print out and easily assemble. Here are two examples:
You guys know how I love my time wasters. Well, Google Fight is another one of them. Type in two keyboards and make them "fight". Actually what you are doing is just seeing how many hits the keyword gets on Google, but it's kinda entertaining nonetheless.
My fight was Big Bird vs. Oscar the Grouch. Sadly, Oscar didn't stand a chance. I guess he should be nicer to people.

Recycle - Covert waste into reusable materials
This is a photo of our recycling bin that the town provided us. Pretty beat up & dirty. Guess we need a new one.

Great shot :-) Recycle bins aren't pretty are they . . . they just do the job. Clearly desaigned by a m*n ;-) so maybe we should add some decoration!

It would be so neat to have a QuickPod. I have a mini tripod that screws into to my point and shoot - I need to use that more!
